We'll step in six weeks before your wedding to help organize the remaining details, connect the moving pieces, and prepare for a well-coordinated celebration.

What's included:

• Six weeks before: In-depth consultation, review of plans and vendor list, and identification of outstanding tasks.

• Four to five weeks before: Vendor communication, logistics review, and discussion of ceremony and reception plans.

• Two to three weeks before: Detailed wedding-day timeline, review of floor plan, and confirmation of key moments and responsibilities.

• Final week: Final timeline review and confirmation of essential details with the couple and vendors.

• Wedding day: Coordination of the day's flow, ceremony cues, reception transitions, and minor logistical issues.
